To me Pilates is the epitome of a good exercise regime. Pilates has taught me to exercise in a way that's much gentler on the body. Stretching has helped me immensely. Even though it seems like no brainer, the importance of when to breath in and out has been key to exercising better. 


Our Pilates instructor Tonya is delightful, encouraging and knows everyone by name. Exercises are never boring. Tonya varies the exercises each week so that we get a targeted workout to to suit our bodies.

About The Instructor

Tonya graduated with a Post Graduate in Physical Education and Sports Teaching and Physical Rehabilitation in 2014. 


She has furthered her studies to become a group instructor specializing in TRX, Zumba and Jungle Body techniques.


Her outgoing attitude, caring and cheerful spirit are highly regarded by her students.
