Dores Fame is the owner and chef for Vegielicious Catering, a partner organisation of weExplore Wellness Centre. She has a passion to teach others to transition to vegetarian and then to vegan diet. She loves innovating with food as it gives her joy to see her family and clients enjoy her food.

SIEW SEEN

Siew Seen is a National Health and Medical Research Council Early Career Researcher, Accredited Practising Dietitian and health coach. She currently works at Monash University and Monash Health. She is a committee member of the Nutrition Society of Australia, Dietitians Association of Australia’s Vegetarian group and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome group. Her research focus is on chronic disease prevention in women.
