Mental Resilience Workshop

This is an 8-week program where you will learn about causes of stress, anxiety, depression, food for thought, improve EQ, power of your thoughts and how to optimise your brain. It will help you improve your mental performance and emotional health. It may also help you to understand more about the people you care for in your home.

LOKAKA (Student)

The emotional wellness online class I attended at weExplore Center helped me to be healthy not only in physical but also spiritually and mentally. Through this program I learn to control my emotions and to change my way of thinking which is the CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). For me this is the most important part, where I learned not to think negatively towards other people.

Depression is one of the effects people got during winter especially while in lockdown. Living at home without family also, one of the main factor people got affected in mental health that will effects their spiritual and physical heath. WeExplore Center team were so thoughtful and amazing for giving out their times and great lessons by reaching out the community that needs help and activities to keep them healthy, happy, holy during this situation. To stay sane during this pandemic season is a big deal. However, God really blessed me through the lessons from the program, caring and thoughtful friends in the group that encouraged and prayed for one and another. I was having a hard time to sleep in timely manner, not really care of having daily exercise and did not know about the The emotional wellness online class I attended at WeExplore Center helped me with their program that challenged me to maintain to be positive thinking, having daily exercise and develop my spiritual growth. By having more knowledge from this program I also can share to others from what I have learned.
